NOTICE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the final item is received.

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us are excluded. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to the address above without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal expires when the seal is removed after delivery. This may apply in particular to earrings supplied with a hygiene seal.

RETURN GUIDANCE

Please package returned items securely to prevent damage in transit. Where possible, include all accessories, labels and the original packaging. The absence of the original packaging does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

For clothing and jewelry, please avoid wear, stains, perfume, makeup residue, pet hair or damage beyond the handling necessary to inspect the goods. Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods remain unaffected.
