Delivery times

Germany: 5–7 business days

Selected European countries: 8–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
