Frequently asked questions

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days within Germany and 8–10 business days for selected European countries. These estimates may vary because of customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details after your order has been dispatched. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated period, email info@kladerum.com and include your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@kladerum.com. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has been dispatched.

How do I return an order?

You may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen days. Send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to info@kladerum.com and return the goods to KLADERUM, Hansaallee 26B, 40547 Düsseldorf, Germany. Full details and the model form are available in our Return and Refund Policy.

Can earrings be returned?

Where earrings are supplied with a hygiene seal, the right of withdrawal expires once that seal has been removed after delivery. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the goods are faulty or were delivered incorrectly, you bear the direct cost of returning them.

When will I receive my refund?

We process reimbursements in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
