How to make a return
Send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to info@kladerum.com. Including your order number helps us identify your order quickly. You may use the model withdrawal form in our policy, but this is not mandatory.

Return shipping
Unless the goods are faulty or were delivered incorrectly, you bear the direct cost of returning them. Please package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement is made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect goods as you would in a physical store. You are only responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Original packaging is not a condition of your statutory right of withdrawal, although we recommend including it where possible.
Personalized goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, including earrings supplied with a hygiene seal, the right expires once the seal has been removed.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@kladerum.com. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
